The host hotel selected for the 2008 VW-1 ALL Hands Alumni Association reunion is the Best Western Academy Hotel at 8110 Academy Blvd Colorado Springs Co. At this point in the planning it appears that the costs will be comparable to the previous reunions.

This reunion, our 7th, will begin at 1200 on Monday June 16th 2008 and end at check out time June 20th.
This reunion is a members only event. We invite all ex VW-1 shipmates, all ranks and rates to become a member of the VW-1 All Hands Alumni Association. The schedule of events for this reunion are now finalized. More specific details including costs have been given in the 2008 January issue of the "VW-1 TRACKER". Be sure to fill out the registration form that was included in this issue and send it in to Ed And Sally ASAP so that transportation plans can be finalized.

| 1800 | Brief Orientation Meeting. Free time after the Orientation Meeting |

| 0900 - 2300** | Meeting room open** (cribbage, pinochle, acey duecy and sea stories). |
| 0815 | This is an Optional event and
not included in basic cost of the reunion. Board bus for Olympic village and city tour including Broadmoor, Old Colorado City and Manitou Springs, with lunch at Guisseppe's Old Depot Restaurant. |

These rides offer exceptional scenic photographic opportunities. Educational video at the Plaza Theater. Lunch is not included on this tour. |
